How many years do I have to maintain SR22 insurance in Washington State for a DUI offense? This is my first violation.

The usual time that a motorist is required to carry an SR22 is three years in the state of Washington. The reason that you are required to obtain the SR22 may change the length of time you are required to maintain it though.
