From what I know about the PA ARD program is this.

Your Drivers License Can Be Revoked based on BAC, Blood Alcohol Count..

The breakdown I think is this,
.08-.99 no loss of drivers license
.10-.159 30 day loss of your drivers license privileges
.160 and more at least 60 days of no drivers license

1. The fine…oh the fines,  could be from $1200.00 to $1400 or more plus you will want a lawyer so his fee is extra.

2. Also you will have probation for 6 months to 2 years, so you might get  get about 1 year with that low BAC assuming.
